About Us

On May 10, 2007 the KFCB Board approved a strategic re-direction for Keep Franklin County Beautiful (KFCB).  This re-direction involves:

• Changing the name of KFCB to the Central Ohio Sustainability Alliance (COSA),
• Broadening the scope of our programs and activities to focus on sustainability matters,  and
• Ending our relationship with Keep America Beautiful.

These changes are designed to align us better with 21st century high priority environmental issues in Central Ohio and with the interests of the grant and donor community.  In conjunction with these changes we will adopt the following logo and tag line:

Promoting Regional Prosperity Through a Healthy Environment

Our Waste Not Center (www.wastenotcenter.org) will be our signature program and we plan to grow it by a factor of 10 over the next 5 years.  To assist with its growth and identify, we have adopted the following logo and tag line for the Center:

Unleashing Creativity Through Recycling

Other initiatives are in the planning stage and will be announced at later times.  Also in due course our website will be updated with our new logos and other information as appropriate.
